It some how has a bit of an air of mystery and that's always important for a girl who is quiet and who is an artist!. Www@QuestionHome@Com She's quiet, plays the violin, dances and has alot of friends!? How about Sybil or Janice, or 'the many talented suicidal over-achiever who will die very soon!.' 'Spark' is a better name, all flash, little substance!. Names don't save characters from bad writing!. A beautiful girl could be named 'Gertrude' and the name could be perfectly emeshed with who she is and what kind of life she has had, if the author does their job well enough!. If you really want her to stand out, don't give her a name 10 million other little girls have, since you aren't creating someoen like those 10 million other little girls, or whoever she is!. Call her Pepper, a spicy name for an active girl, and make her quietness a quirk of her character, something that works against her, adds another spice to her personality!.
