Question: Anyone read a book about a guy killing only bad people, driving around playing a game on his laptop!?

That sounds a bit like "Complicity" by Iain Banks - he was an Edinburgh journalist and the game he was playing was called "Despot" (loosely based on "Civilization" I think)!. Been a while since I read it but the name of the game stuck in my head!.!.!.

Though I'm not sure he was the one who actually did the killings, but he was always in the vicinity - possibly he was being framed for the murders!. But the people did all deserve it, as far as I could tell - big-time crooks, corrupt politicians etc!.
