You may like My Antonia by Willa Cather (different style -- it's been years since i read it!.!.!. i wonder if it's as good as i remember!?)!. :)

Ethan Frome by Edith Wharton!.

The Brothers Karamozov if you're looking for something more 'intense!.'

East of Eden by Steinbook is pretty good too!.

Silas Marner by George Eliot!.

I'd consider these to be somewhat in the same "category of enjoyment" in my mind as those you mentioned, though varying styles, etc!. Have you tried Old Man and the Sea!?
