Question: Please help with title!.!?

okay im writing a book about this girl named Kylee!. Her mom dies in the beginning and her boyfriend is there to pick up the pieces!. they break up halfway through the book and when the ex-boyfriends twin sister dies Kylee is there to halp him, even though they are not really friends anymore!. The end up together in the end!.
