I was so excited to get into edwards head, and really view things from his perspective!. Is there anyway we can do a petition, or something!!? I don't want her to stop Midnight Sun, these books are my life, and i was looking so forward to reading another book, if you have any idea's please let me know!. Thank you!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: She didn't say she was never going to publish it, she only said she was going to stop working on it until she can get back into the proper frame of mind!. You can't rush writing, or it won't be any good!. Writing is emotional; you have to be in the right mood to write!. Just imagine how awful it must be for her! Her most basic rights as an artist--being in control of who sees your work and when--were horribly violated!. If someone did something like that to me with one of the novels I'm working on!.!.!.I would be so furious and upset! Leave her alone!. She'll write it when she feels better!. It might be a year or two, but it's worth waiting for!. Besides, we have the Host sequels to look forward to as well!. And, no offence, but if these books are truly your "life," it may be better it's not coming out as soon as expected!. A lot of people seem to feel the same way you do!. I think everyone needs a break from the mania!. Relax, reread, and check out some other books! Bottom line: Miss Stephenie needs a break!. Don't bother her with things like petitions!.!.!.it won't put her back in the mood to write the book!. Giver her time!. But think about it!. twilight's her baby and she's so mad right now she feels like she should just kill all of the characters off!. I support Stephenie Meyer no matter what she chooses to do about Midnight Sun or any other of her books in the future!. To be honest I don't think she's going to publish anything else!. After the response to Breaking Dawn she was already hesitant to letting go of more of her imagination!. It's because people do crap like whoever did this!.
