Mickey Sabbath is from Sabbath's Theater by Philip Roth!.
I'm not sure what book "swede" is from!.!.!. but i know that in the movie "Be Kind Rewind" with Jack Black they used that word as a term for remaking movies!.!. hope this helps!!Www@QuestionHome@Com
