Question: Wuthering heights- Help!!!?

ok so i just finished ch16 (the chapter where heathcliffe visits cathrine for the last time and cathrine has a baby and dies!. i was really confused b/c i dont remember the book saying that cathy was pregnant, was it something i missed!? and y was cathy sick, was it b/c of the child!. please help im too confused!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

The same thing happened to me today!. When I saw that she gave a birth to a baby girl I was like wtf, where is that mentioned!?!? So I guess it isn't because doctor Kenneth didn't know she was pregnant!. And that's why she was sick!. At least that's what I think!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
