There's a battle raging all around them and they still have Horcruxes to destroy!. Harry's comment meant "Really, guys, do you have to do that right now!? We still have stuff to do!"Www@QuestionHome@Com

No it's not a stupid question, it's easily mininterpreted!. He is asking 'Is THIS the moment!?' As in, out of all the years that they have denied their feelings for eachother, gotten jealous over the other and cried over the other; this moment, among all of the death and destruction, is the moment when they finally give in to the love that has been building for 7 years!. This is the moment, ironically, when they share their first kiss!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It was a bit of a rhetorical question -- after seeing years of leading up to this moment, he was commenting on the irony of "Is THIS the moment!?" that everything comes to a head!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

he asks that because there is a war going on and they are kissing!. he is asking them why they are kissing now!. of all times in the middle of a warWww@QuestionHome@Com

Harry said that because they start kissing while the battle at Hogwarts is still going on!. He gets kinda mad that they just had to kiss at that moment!. lol!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

they start to kiss during a battle at hogwarts and he is trying to get their attention or trying to get it to stop!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
