Well I read it a few months ago (I'm fourteen) and didn't like it, but that could be because I couldn't get around that it was a child's story and I am not a child!.
My mom is a teacher and she read it to her first-grade class!. They ate it up!. Most people really like it, so it could just be me!.
I do like how valiant Desperaux is and am glad he got his happy ending!. A cute story!. It wasn't all bad, I must admit, just not really my cup of tea!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I thought it was fabulous!. To the 14-year-old who felt it was too childish for her, I say that this is a wonderful story that can be enjoyed by all ages!. I think it has the potential to be read years and years from now, possibly even becoming a classic!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
