This movie totally creeps me out!. I have made it through a couple of Steven King books that I loved, but some of them I've found hard to get through!. Is the Shining book better than the movie!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I am not a huge Stephen King fan, but I have read a few of his books!. The movie that Shining may creep you out, but I found it lacking and nothing more than a vehicle for Jack Nicholson!. The book is way better and so much more scarier!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Stephen King is one of the most under-rated authors!. People think he's just a trashy horror writing!.!.!.but he is a great writer!. I do agree that I couldn't get thru some!.!.!.Insomnia for example, however, The Shining is one of the better ones in my opinion!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Ive read about 9 or 10 Stephen King novels and i honestly think its the weakest ive read!. The first 100-150 are kinda slow!. The best part is the end where Jack trying to kill his wife and son!. Most people like it so you'll probably like it but it was the one novel of his i didnt like!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
