Question: Help making made up names!!?

im writing a story!. its like a dragon fantasy!. well i need names off ppl and places!. im really good at making a stories and putting a lot of effort in it but im not good at making up names!. its easy when im writing a story about modern time cus i just use normal names but this is different!.

Mythology is a good place to start!.
Sometimes it works to take a real work like, say, "friendship" for example (maybe something that you want the name to mean) and go to the thesuarus!. A synonym is "accord!." You can play with the spelling and sound of that name, or combine it with another word, to create a completely original name!.
So, let's say your character is small and happy!. A synonym for small is tiny and a synonym for happy (well, carefree) is halcyon!. You could make a whole new name by combining those words to something like Tincyon!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
