Of the books mentioned, I think that you may find Madam Bovary a bit beyond you!. Middlemarch by George Elliot and Madam Bovary are sometimes thought to be the best novels ever written, although I'm sure many people will disagree!. I personally found them a little dry and prosaic, but it is a personal preference after all!.

Anna Karenina was also a bit tiresome and long!.
I do not suggest that you read Lolita!. Inappropriate, although a brilliant book!.
To Kill a Mockingbird might actually be a bit simple for you, although the story is absorbing and it has a good message!.
I think the Catcher in the Rye is over-rated, but its a must for any high school student!.
Scarlet's Letter is boring and over-rated!.
Pride and Prejudice is probably enjoyed mostly by people who enjoy that strictly Victorian style of writing!. To me, rather like a long soap opera!.
Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte = Yes! Brilliant Gothic victorian novel :)

I haven't read the other suggestions, but u might enjoy Monte Christo my Alexandre DumasWww@QuestionHome@Com
