Well, I'd say it was *supposed* to be the battle, but since there was not battle!.!.!. I'd say there wasn't a climax, which means, there was no plot, which helps to explain the empty and disappointed feeling I felt after reading it!.

nice observation! I hadn't even thought of it!. hahahaWww@QuestionHome@Com

The climax!?
Well I suppose one could say the climax was Nessie's birth!. Yet that occurred in the middle of the book!. You can't have the climax of a book in the middle of it, otherwise it makes the rest of the book empty!.
So I guess I'd say that it would be the battle scene except-- wait-- there was no battle scene!. So it can't be that!.

Hmmm!.

I guess there was no climax!
Which means there was no plot!.

Shocker!.*

Yeah, the book sucked!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

it was more anti climatic than climatic!. but it'd b the fight to destroy renesmesse or however spell it!. the whole thing read more like an extended epilogue to me!. it was much to peaceful and happy!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

When Irina reported the immortal child to the Volturi, and Alice left!. That's when you're like "Oh ****! how are they getting out of this one!?!"
