I think he was just a very sick puppy :( It's not like he would've killed all those people if he wasn't rabid, right!? It was hardly even his fault!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think you're right - he was sadly diseased!. Before the rabies he was an excellent dog!. That makes it even scarier, because your good & trusty companion can turn freakshow-killer-scary and you'd have no warning!. It's also sadder, because you have to deal with both sweet & terrifying memories of the same dog later!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'd say Cujo was a GOODDOG, and he would have continued as such if that rabid critter hadn't munched on him!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
