Like everyone said, he doesn't know that she is a vampire!. All he knows is that Jacob can turn into a wolf, and bella is not the same!.!.!.regarding Renesmee, i think he knows that its bellas baby because he was so surprised when he saw her eyes and he was like she has your eyes!.!. but what struck me was, bella was like to charlie, she has your curls!. So that was kind of saying, yes this is my daughter!. But Bella won't tell charlie she is a vampire cause that breaks the rule of vampires and it could harm charlie because of the volturi!. Bella didn't want to leave charlie so she decided that charlie could come to his own conclusion on what she now is!.

Charlie knows that she isn't what she used to be anymore!. He's on a need to know policy for himself, and he doesn't want to know everything!. He does know that Jacob is a werewolf, shape-shifter, whatever you prefer, and he thinks that Renesmee is Edward's niece and they adopted her!. And I guess he was pretty surprised when he saw Renesmee's eyes!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

No!. He is on a strictly "need to know" basis!. He knows that something is different but he never knows she's a vampire!. He does however know jacob is a werewolf!. When Charlie comes to visit Bella wears brown contacts!. She also has to have Esme teach her human behaviors!. Ex: Blink, mess with your hair!. etc!.

also Bella's venom i her eyes desintegrates her contacts so she has to change them every so often!. I think it was Alice who said that that would be a good thing because humans have to use the bathroom, so Charlie won't suspect anything!.

okay, i thought that whole thing was lame!. because one of the main problems with Bella becoming a vampire was, Ooh no! what will charlie think! and then, he didn't even want to know!. No!. He only knows that Jacob is a vampire and thinks Bella just adopted Renessmee!. I think Renesmee showed her like a picture of Bella while giving birth and he thinks she was REALLY sick and dying and bleeding!.
