Question: Does the book staying fat for sarah byrnes get better once you get into it!?

I am reading this book for summer reading and i am on chapter 3 and i absolutely HATE it!. i cant even concentrate cause it is soo boring!. please tell me it gets better, i dont know what i will do!. Oh and who is Ellerby!?!?!?!!!! he just POPPED right in and i dont even know who he is! LOL PLEASE HELP!!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com
