What would be a good name for the city in my story?

Question: What would be a good name for the city in my story!?

Hi everyone! I'm writing a story now and I need a little help coming up with a name for the city!. I'm thinking of having the location of the fake city be in Texas, New Mexico or California!. And I want the city name to start out with "Los" or "San" and have a Mexican sound to it, if that makes sense!.
