I know you've already looked at Amazon, but you don't make it clear whether or not you looked at the New & Used!. Anyways, many small bookstores will sell through Amazon that way, and you can get the book brand-new for a low cost (shipping prices vary)!. You'll have to look around a bit, but you might have some good luck!. Ebay is a similar option!. You could also try Wal-mart - I don't know how likely it is that they'll have this book, but their prices are great and the stickers on the books (in the stores, anyways) are always easy to remove!. I have a question, though - why do you *need* to have that cover!? What if all the copies with that particular cover are too expensive for your taste!? !.!.!.
