Question: Is this litotes!?!? Pleases help!!!
"I ain't nothing to scream about, but that big bastard there can put up more grain alone than most pairs can" (steinbeck 34)!.

it's from the book Of Mice and Men!. I think the first part of the sentence before the comma would be it but i'm not shure please help me!!!

Yes this would be an example of litotes!. Though kind of a funny one, I admit!.

As you probably know, litotes is a way of expressing something by negating the opposite!.

Example:

I am hungry!.
Litotes -> I am not full!.

Anyways, so in your case, when you change "ain't" to "am not" you get:
I am not nothing to scream about!.

The speaker is negating the fact that he is "nothing to scream about"!.
