On December 4, 2008 she will be realeasing the book "Tales of Beadle the Bard" which was auctioned off to charity earlier and bought by amazon!.com!. (http://www!.scholastic!.com/harrypotter/bo!.!.!.

She also said she might be writing a Harry Potter encyclopedia, but no more Harry Potter books :(

There are three more movies coming out:
The Half-blood Prince
Deathly Hallows Part 1

If you are talking about the movie, there is one more part that is coming this year about the 6th book, and then there will be 2 more movies because the last book is so long!.

It is called "The Tales of Beetle the Bard" and it is the same book that dumbledore gave hermione after he died!. Remember!? the one that he left eh symbol of the deathly hallows in!. I don't know where you heard that, but it's not true!. JKR wrote the 7 Harry Potter's and said that she wasn't going to write anymore of them!.
