Salinger is about 90 now!. He hasn't published a book since the 1960s!. According to Wikipedia, he has not been publicly interviewed since 1980!. I have heard stories of fans flocking to his home back in the 70s and 80s only to be turned away by police (called by Salinger)!. He has a reputation for not being real friendly!.
