Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I have to wait for my friend to read it and then read it myself but I already know what happens!. Bella is pregnant with a half vampire/half human!. The 9-months pregnancy is condensed to a 1-month/several weeks pregnancy!. Bella has to drink human blood in order to "feed" the baby!. The baby almost kills Bella while Bella is giving birth (like it breaks her spine)!. When Bella is about to die Edward injects venom into her heart and Bella turns into a vampire!. Bella and Edward nae their baby Renesmee (nick-name Nessie)!. Jacob imprints on Nessie!. wonderful!.!. The baby then grows really quickly - as in within 3 weeks Nessie looks like a 2 year old and can run, speak, and even read!. Bella's dad finds out about werewolves because Jacob turns into one RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM yeesh!. Charlie doesn't know about vampires though, but he does know SOMETHING is wrong with the Cullens and it invovles Bella!. I think that Charlie also knows that Nessie is Bella's baby even though she is toddler/little girl already!.!. Www@QuestionHome@Com Well, since you asked!. Yes, she does have the baby!. Bella has a bump on her stomach the day after Edward knocks her up, and he says "I will get that THING out of you!"!.
