Well, he threatened to kill Edward if Eddie had sex with Bella!. Jake said it was too dangerous, that they didn't know what would happen, that Eddie might kill her, and that something bad might happen!.

I don't know what spoilers you're reading, but I'm more than halfway through the book and I haven't read anything about Jacob doing something to Edward that scares Bella!. Of course, they could be talking about his imprinting on Nessie!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
