Question: What was Stephenie Meyer thinking when she wrote Breaking Dawn!?
Seriously, what was she ON!?!?!? I've finished reading the book, and for those who did as well, what are your thoughts!? For those die-hard fans who loved it, don't kill me! I just want to know what other people think!.

When I read those rumors about Edward's and Bella's halfbreed baby named Nessie and Jacob imprinting on her, I thought that was just plain stupid! Looks to me like Meyer was desperate to make a deadline, so she pulled out all-nighters writing this garbage!.!.!. with the help of looots of caffeine!.
I also think Bella's such an idiot in this book, I mean who thinks like that with her reasoning!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I didn't believe those rumors either!.!.!. well, she tried to steer us away from them by telling us not to listen to the spoilers!. The actual turnout is crazier than the possibility of Bella getting eaten by a polar bear!.
Some things I didn't like:
Bella's begging and manipulating Edward for sex was just disgusting!. Guess she can't act all high-and-mighty, I'm-so-above-normal-humans anymore!. Their marriage was an almost magical affair, but things soured during the honeymoon!. and claiming that she would actually WANT to go to college and live a normal human life for a few months as long as he ****ed her was an incredibly immature way of getting what she wanted
Bella was unbelievably idiotic in wanting to have this so-called baby who would probably kill her just because it's Edward's and would be so beautiful and cute!. She just sat there on her bum and smiled while it broke her bones and killed her!. And oh my, how much more whiny she has become! If I was Edward, I would be having second thoughts about marrying this brat in the first place!. Yuck, it was Bella's dream come true to get impregnated by his mutant spawn the way she was talking about it!.
Jacob imprinting on Renesmee (what an awful name) was sick, and not because she was a newborn!. It was like, as an afterthought to wrap things up in a neat little bow, Meyer decided to make him imprint on the child of the girl he loved so much, just because he could not have her!. Gross! He had sexual thoughts about her MOTHER, for crying out loud!.
Lastly, I do not like this happy ending!. So in the end, Bella does not have to grow up and make any hard decisions or sacrifice anything to be with the one she loved!. She got it all: a mutant baby, immortality, beauty, strength, her baby daddy, and even Jakey will be in the family photo! Gag!. Why could he not have imprinted on some nice Canadian girl when he ran away (me, perhaps)!?
Oh yeah: how could Edward, you know, produce the seed!? I thought the only fluids produced by vampires is venom!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
Really I think she was looking for a way to make her book unique, because come on, there is soo many other vampire and normal girl fall in love books out there!. So she went for the whole sci-fi feeling thing and wrote a terrible book with a stupid plot and made whiney Bella even whinier!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
Yeah, Bella was so stupid!. I was hoping that she would grow up in the book-- and she just got worse!. She was more annoying this time around than she was in the rest of the series!.
Stephenie Meyer doesn't know how to end a series, and she doesn't know how to come up with a decent plot!. BD sucked!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
