My mail comes between 4:30 and 5:15--apparently carriers have to deliver all the mail no matter how long it takes!. We're in the last two blocks of his route!. Be sure your book is coming via US mail and not UPS, FedEx, etc!. UPS reaches me about 1:30 - 2:30!.Www@QuestionHome@Com It all just depends!. People telling you isn't going to help!.
