How do I make a book?

Question: How do I make a book!?

So I know how to write a book and stuff!. But I want to know how you print the pages and put them into a hardcover case binding thing!. What stuff do you need to buy!? Is there any special ink or something like binding glue that you have to use!. One more thing how do you make a book jacket!?

Do you want this book just for you, or do you want it in stores!.!. if you want it in stores, there are so many steps that it's not even worth getting into here!.

If you just want a single copy for yourself, you can print it yourself on your own printer!.!.
It's a bit tricky to bind it yourself into a hard cover though!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
