I would highly reccommend the Warriors Series by Erin Hunter!.
They are very good books, have nothing of bad content except for some action scenes that arent graphic in nature, and I think your sister would love them!.
Try getting her the first one, Warriors: Into the Wild and pick up the second book too Warriors: Fire and Ice!. Their on paperback so they wont be too expensive and I think youll absolutely adore them/Www@QuestionHome@Com
