Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
Odd Thomas!. I did enjoy The Darkest Evening of the Year a lot too!. And I also love the two Christopher Snow books - Fear Nothing and Seize the Night!. I hear there is a third Christopher Snow novel in the works!. I would love to see him team up Odd Thomas and Christopher Snow!. It would be a great story!. Pax-CWww@QuestionHome@Com

I really enjoyed Fear Nothing and Seize the Night!. The main character from those two books intrigued me, and I enjoyed the fact that his two best friends are a dog and a surfer!.
From the Corner of His Eye is also high on my list - it reminded me why I continue to be a Dean Koontz fan!. It's also the book that got my dad interested in Koontz, and I like that because he's gotten me interested in so many good books over the years!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

My favorites have got to be:

1!. DarkFall (My First Koontz Book)

2!. Watchers (I fell in love with Einstein, second read)

3!. Velocity (Loved the plot)

4!. The Darkest Evening of the Year (Excellent)

5!. The Good Guy (Superb)

Those are my five favorites, but if I would have to choose, I would say The Good Guy

EDIT- also "The Taking" is a very very good read!.

False Memory is way too long for me to even consider reading!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Definitely the Snow and Odd Thomas novels!.

False Memory was very interesting also!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Liz, my absolute favorite is Twilight Eyes!. An oldie, but a creepy, spine tingling goodie! I much prefer him to King (predictable man, that one)!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I hate Dean Koontz's writing and his plots, they just don't do it for me!.

Sorry, didn't mean to offend, I was just letting you know, that not everyone enjoys his work, I was giving you another side of an opinion, usually that's what people want to know, well, only when it agrees with them, so who knows what your problem is!. I've read his books, so the question is applies to me, I didn't waste my time, I thought it was interesting why people like his book!. Don't be an *** just because someone disagrees with you!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
