Question: Help with my writer's block!? Please!?

I'm a new writer for a lifestyle magazine!. My boss has asked me to write a text for a certificate that he wants to present the lady (an entrepreneur) who was on our magazine's front cover last week!. He said she might want to display it on the wall in her restaurant out of gratitude!. That the cert needs to look really nice!. I seem to have a mental block!. Is there anywhere I can find a sample!?
