Question: Are the events of A Handmaid's Tale possible!?

It would be a scary world to live in!.
Personally, it seems that we're going towards 1984, but a Handmaid's Tale seems plausible, as well!.
If it were to happen, I'd probably be a rebel or get executed!.

I wish I could say it's not possible, but I really believe it is!. That doesn't mean it isn't farfetched, but keep in mind, plenty of other countries are coming close or have in the past to some sort of Handmaid's Tale dystopia!. It's blood chilling, but would you really put anything past humans!? I sure wouldn't!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
