Twilight OR Forks?

Question: Twilight OR Forks!?

SM said that when she first wrote her book "twilight" she wanted to call it Forks!.

Which do you think is the better title!?

If she called the first book "Forks" then what would she call the next book "Spoons!?" I like "Twilight" better, it makes sense, Twilight is the ending of a day, and Bella technically "ended" her normal life!. New Moon, because she's all alone, until Jake sprung in!.!.!.and Eclipse because she's not alone anymore but in a tough situation between who to choose!. If she chooses one, they "eclipse" the other!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Twilight sounds much better!. why would it be called forks, Bella lives in forks and all but then its just relating to something about Bella's life!. if she was using something in Bella's life then she could have called it vampires and new moon werewolves, but once again new moon and twilight sound so much better!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It is a representation of how the best time of day for vampires is Twilight; Edward even explained it to Bella in the book!.

"Forks" would sound like a cooking book or something ;-)

or "Forks: the complete guide to modern silverware"

I think twilight sounds better and goes better with the book but i probably still would have noticed the book either way!. When the book first came out i noticed it because of its cover lol, I thought it looked really pretty and then i read the summary of it on amazon and thought it sounded pretty good so i bought it ^ ^Www@QuestionHome@Com

personally, i think forks is a cute title!. i didn't really think so when i read it on her site so long ago, but i do now!.
twilight is definitely mysterious, so they both have their ups!.

Honestly, though, I WOULD have picked the book up if it was called "Forks"!. Silverware titles aren't something you see every day!.

Twilight is much better than the title Forks; it's more mysterious-sounding!.

With the title Forks, I would have automatically thought "Like silverware!?" when I saw the cover!.
