Generally you meet other authors through networking, and some are willing to read emails and respond to fanmail!. But it's up to your publisher to find those blurbs for you!. If you don't have a publisher, there's no need for one, don't worry!. You can get an agent and/or a publisher without one!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You're looking for reviews or a back cover blurb!? Try writing!.com -- there are tons of us there of all different experience and publishing levels!.

If you're looking for promo reviews, I imagine only recognized authors (big names) will do any good as far as validation!. Otherwise, I would ask readers instead!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
