ive just finished reading 'Burned Alive' by Souad!. Its a true story about a palestinian girl who gets burned alive by a family member as she fell in love with a man, which the family believes brought dishonour on them!. Really eye opening book about what happens to women in some parts of the world!.

also The Time Travellers Wife by Audrey Niffenberger, is really good i thought!. Its a love story but very different from the usual love story!.!.!.its got a twist cos the guy can time travel so he gets to meet his wife when she was still growing up!. Her family has already gone to Rhode Island and she was left to come alone in order to finish her year of schooling at the Barrington School for Better Girls!. 13 reasons why by Jay asher-- it's about a girl who committed suicide and left behind 13 tapes to 13 people who played a part in her death!. they destroyed her life and they didnt even know it!. Really good!.
Uglies, Pretties, Specials--
Uglies is the first book of the trilogy!. The second book is Pretties and the third is Specials!. It's about a world in which everyone has an operation when they turn sixteen, making them supermodel beautiful!. Big eyes, full lips, no one fat or skinny!. This seems like a good thing, but it's not!. Especially if you're one of the uglies, a bunch of radical teens who've decided they want to keep their own faces!. (How anti-social of them!.)

OH! and the Angus, Thongs and Full Frontal Snogging (SOON TO BE A MOVIE) They are undoubtedly the funniest books I've ever read!!!!!! About a teenage girl who lives a pretty hilarious life!.!.!. READ THEM!

hmm, i would have to say you musy read the Harry Potter series they are great, i'm sure you already heard of them!.

Oh and Castaway Kid by R!.B Mitchell, it is a true and very sad story about a little boy, and when he was only 3 he was taken to an orphanage and lived there for 14 years!. It is very sad and you will definantly ry through parts of it!. Some of it is really funny too!

Tears of a T iger is also very good, i forget who its by though!.
