Authors quite often make some references to events that happened in previous books!. I find books 1-4 by Evanovich the most entertaining and later they become a littlle repetitive (I was, for instance , slightly annoyed by frequent "car events")!. Evanovich made me laugh out loud and I love her books!.Www@QuestionHome@Com I'd highly recommend starting with the first!. While you certainly can start with Plum Lucky, the novels will make more sense and the characters will be more developed for you if you read them in order!.
