The lawsuit is still ongoing, but the judge did ask that Warner Bros!. and Steven Vander Ark try to find middle ground!. We're due for a verdict relatively soon, considering it's been months since the trial!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i don't think a decision has been handed down by the courts yet!. the judge urged the parties to come to an agreement outside of the lawsuit but they haven't & it's a complicated case!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
