Um, of course they are!. At least, I have yet to see a law against it!.

Would they enjoy it!? Some might, some don't!. Honestly, it's very mushy romantic, so most boys wouldn't want to read it, but plenty of them have enjoyed it!.

Why would boys not be "allowed" to read the Twilight series!? My friend and I both usally HATE this stuff (we usually read stuff that the boys in our class read), but we both like it, somehow!.
