I am alittle more on team Edward, but I don't have anything against Jacob!. Edward just seems more practical and he is morally there for Bella in every way a guy should be for a girl!. Jacob's way of winning Bella over is to make her feel guilty about her loving Edward and not him!. Bella doesn't deserve that!. Jacob is someone who should be considered a very close and loving friend rather than someone who she will lawfully spend the rest of her life with!. Edward is more understanding and is there for Bella and no one else!. He doesn't care for the competition he only cares for Bella's happiness and whatever satisfies her!. I just think that Bella and Edward are meant to be together, she already has these promising vampire tendencies that I think we need to see, plus clearly they are in love!. Bella said it herself, she knows who she cant live without!. Jacob is a werewolf, and werewolves imprint!. If she chooses him, she will end up like Leah Clearwater!. Jacob will imprint on someone else and she will be left behind!. I also think that Edward is so much more mature than Jacob!. 2!. When I say I'm on Edward's "team", you must understand one thing: I am not obsessed!. It is very reasonable, considering:
a!. Bella loves Edward
b!. Jacob did not imprint on Bella
c!. Jacob really is her best friend and is a "big" brother, practically family!.
d!. We saw in New Moon that Bella is really lost without Edward and is complete when he returns!. Jacob helps A LOT, but it just isn't the same!.
I knew almost everything about the books before I actually read them, so it wasn't a shock when Edward left!. I enjoyed Jacob and Bella's relationship, I didn't rush through hoping Edward would be back on the next page, so I was able to see that while their relationship was beautiful, it just wasn't the same!.
