I read the book, but I didn't see the movie!.
I got confused because I can't figure out why they had to leave each other!. Was it about Jerry not wanting to start a family!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I do remember that Jerry wanted different things than she did, and that she was terribly needy, to the point of smothering him, although that impression is probably from the movie!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
