Question: Novel that the movie Blindness was based on!. Where to get the novel!?

There is a movie due to be released in September!. Apparently is based on a book written by José Saramago in 1995!. I went to Amazon and the only book they have for sale also due to be released in September!. Does anyone know where I could get a copy of the original book!? Thanks!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Try this link to Amazon, I think the 2nd book down on the page is what you're looking for & it says it is in stock!. This appears to be the original paperback , whats being released in Sept!. is noted as the "movie tie-in" version!.
