If you aim to publish the book a professional editor might be worth the money (I can't expect there'd be any out there that would do it for free)!. Otherwise, ask friends, family, and teachers if they'd be willing to read some (or all) of it!. Even people who don't know much about writing or grammar/mechanics can help you find things to improve--you just need to know to ask the right questions!. For example, a reader can tell you whether their attention wandered in a certain section, or if some aspect wasn't very clear!. Of course, that leaves it up to you to figure out how to fix it!. Another option is to try writing forums on the internet!. There are many out there, and they all vary on the types of critique you will receive!. I've found a lot of them don't have people who write in-depth critiques; often you'll find people saying simply that they liked (or disliked) it without any reasons as to why they felt that way!.
