Question: Question about Ironside, by Holly Black!?

When Roiben said!.!.!."I loved you enough not to trust you!." Or something like that, at the end of the book!. Does he still love Kaye!?!?!?!? I'm confused!.!.!.!. Because a little early in the book, he said "I do love you!." It's so confusing!

I don't remember that particular line, but I'm fairly certain he's in love with her the entire time, even when it *seems* he's not!.

I don't have the books though so I can't go back and check the context of that line!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
