Question: I need ideas for really good books to read!?
i like most anything and it needs to be in the "young adult" section!. i have already been in the twilight and harry potter wave and have read so many things that the librarians always tell me "let me go find someone else who could better help you"!. it gets old after a while!. i don't know how to describe them!.!. absolutely awesome!. About a young girl in england who is fifteen and charming but insane i guess :)

The Maximum ride series
A girl and her "flock"(five other kids) have wings and have to save the world!. By James Patterson, a huge adult writer!. Your parents probably love him There's a lot of action, the narration is awesome, and theres a little romance

*they are all about girls in California, they all have romance and are funny

A really good book, very similar to Hoot but about a guy who has to prove that a casino boat is dumping its wastes into the bay in the florida keys

Pretty Little Devils
A horror story about a girl who gets excepted into a popular clique, and people start dying!. Really awesome, not really scary

The Bluebood series by Melissa De La Cruz
I haven't read but my cousin who has read a billion and two vampire books and love storys said after she read twilight that she didn't like twilight because this series was really similar and she liked it better

Anything by Amelia At-water Rhodes
she writes a lot of Vampire stories
she started publishing when she was a teen
i liked the first three or four but i felt
as she developed as a writer she started
getting a tad too vampire loving

To catch a pirate by Jade Parker
I read this book in three hours, set in the 1700s!. Hard to explain but awesome!. About a girl who pretends to be a privateer to catch the pirate that stole a kiss from her and landed her father in a caribbean jail!. Pirates!. Love!. Comedy!. Action!. Treasure!. Awesome!.

A list of about twenty books in this paragraph:
Tropical Kiss, Caribbean Cruising, Grecian Holiday, ( and the rest of that series Mediterainian holiday Spanish Holiday etc), The I heart Bikinis series, So inn love, Tourist Trap, Island Girls (and Boys), and Main Squeeze are all very similar type books about summer and love!. They are AWESOME books for the feel of summer, best read by the beach :) however they are DEFINATELY not for people under the age of fifteen or sixteen!. They remind me a bit of those old lady novels!.!.!. but for younger people!. The main character is also about 16-18 in all of these!.

The Vampire Diaries
A series about a girl who falls in love with a good vampire who has an evil twin!. Very similar to Twilight!.

The Host by Stephenie Meyer is so great! I'm reading it now, and although its an adult novel its just like reading Twilight! I just finished reading all 4 of The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants books by Ann Brashares and those are really good too!. I love Harry Potter, and magic so I like these books that are called, Blue is for Nightmares, White is for Magic, Silver is for Secrets and Red is for Rememberence by Laurie faria Stolarz!. also Eragon, Eldest and the upcoming Brisingr(September 20th) by Christopher Paolini!. Blood and Chocolate by Annette Curtis Klause!. But the movie for that book was really bad! So don't watch it! And also read Maximim Ride! All four of the books are great! I know that they are called The Angel Experiment, Schools out Forever, Saving the World and other Exreme Sports, and the new one The Final Warning by James Patterson!. And you've already read Twilight, New Moon, and Eclipse!. And all the 7 Harry Potter's which are also great! Theres also the Upcoming Breaking Dawn(August 2nd), by Stephenie Meyer!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Tamora Pierce-Fantasy books set in a sort of medevil time frame!.!.!.she had written lots of series, her most recent ones are the best, although I would read all of them! The series go in order!. I would recommend reading the Song of the Lioness Quartet, the Wild Magic Quartet, the Protector of the Small quartet, the two Trickster's books, and then the Terrier series, all in that order!. They are my two favorite books!. Two amazing stories that deal with rape and child abuse!. Now Ghost Girl is not for the weak!.!.!.it is VERY graphic but I loved it!. Reading about what this little girl endured everyday and how this one teacher helped her!. But again, its very graphic and often times disturbing!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I read a lot of VC Andrews when I was a teen, not exactly for teens but i loved it!. really suspenseful and scandalous!. My favorites were The Dollanganger series, The Casteel Series, and the Cutler Series all the ones after that got really stupid and really repetitive!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'm not really into Twilight or Harry Potter but i love the books from the Private series by kate brian and the Pretty Little Liar's series by Sara Shepard!.!.They are more girlie than those but mystery is mixed into them so they're really good reads!Www@QuestionHome@Com
