Question: Good book for a 13 year old!?

Hey!. I need a good book for a 13 year old girl, but i get through them quickly!.
(Not including Twilight series, Mediator series!.) I read them and they were AMAZING!! thanks in advance!. I like romance and fantasy!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yeah, Im thirteen too, and I read at the adult level!. Jodi Picoult is really good!. Vanished By Karen Robards!. Angela's Ashes and 'Tis by Frank McCourt were amazing!. Trust me, I know all about reading the adult books with the adults saying "YOU'RE TOO YOUNG!." We're just different from other teenagers!. While they read Gossip Girls, we read substantial literature!. =]]Www@QuestionHome@Com

The Darkest Age series by A!.J!. Lake!.

It's Fantasy with some romance!. It also has ship wrecks, swords, a demon god called Loki (Norse Mythology), battle scenes (pretty much only in the last book, though), and magical people known as the Fay!. The romance in the book is so sweet!.

If you're into fantasy I reccomend the golden hour by maiya williams!. The main characters are fourteen and they find a time travel machine in an abandoned hotel!. They end up accidentally getting stuck in France during the French revolution!. There are two other books in the series as well!.
I also enjoy anything by Jodi Piccoult Her books require a lot of depth from the reader, so even if your on a high reading level they might be a bit!.!.!.!. mature for you!. Whatever you think though you know yourself!.
Ummm the author escapes my memory right now, But a book called Dreamland was awesome!. Its realistic fantasy about teens who work at disneyworld while their adult counterparts are on strike!. Two of the characters (Cinderella and Dale, haha) struggle with their attraction because the guy already has a girlfriend who is pretty much perfect!.
also try shannon Hale!. Hers are pretty much fantasy with an old timey, medieval feel!. A few of her novels are based on old fairytales, and they are all interesting for yound adults, with lots of romance!.
East by Edith Pattou is similiar to shannon hales books!. It is based on a nordic fairytale and has a lot of adventure and romance!. You'll love it I promise!.

the eye the ear and the arm (also, like house of scorpion, by nancy farmer)

a wrinkle in time

and, if you like reading above your age level, try out kurt vonnegut - he is a nice mixture of fantasy, romance and all other kinds of stuff!. start out with the sirens of titan - it has it all!Www@QuestionHome@Com

haha i was going to say twilight! i loved them too!!!! what is the mediator series!? hm!.!. well i dont know!. i dont think any book compares to the twilight series!. right now i am reading the kite runner which is not a fantasy and would probably be do difficult for you right now!. definitley read it when you get older though!.!.!. its veryy good!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
