Question: What would Thich Nhat Hanh Say!?
If renowned Buddhist Teacher Thich Nhat Hanh was told wine is kind of beneficial to the human body when not drunk in excess, how do you think he would counteract that statement!?

P!.S!. For those of you who don't know who he is, please read about him- http://www!.plumvillage!.org/HTML/ourteach!.!.!.

The reason I asked this question is because I read in one of his books that he prefers wine not to be consumed at all, I was wondering if he knew wine is kind of healthy!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I've never read anything by him, but he might argue:
Just because something can be healthy doesn't mean one MUST consume it!.

Perhaps he felt the negative effects were more than the positive effects!. One can get the same nutrition one would get from wine elsewhere, it's not necessary!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
