Question: Any good Series!?!?
I love reading series and I'm into fictional stuff (twilight, Great and Terrible Beauty) or just Reality stuff (Private series by Kate Brian)!.

Im working on the Harry Potter series, so dont mention that one, but i need another one to hold me over for a good while lol!.
I read too fast :)

Oh and I prefer Young Adult series UNLESS theres just an AMAZING adult series you'd like to mention!. I tried Dean Koontz Odd Thomas but it didnt really work out!. :/

I don't know exactly what you like but here are a few books that I enjoyed, books that have been awarded, and bestsellers!. Plus if you like Harry Potter you'll love these!.

FICTION

Artemis Fowl - Eoin Colfer did a great job of mixing the Supernatural with Science!.

The Chronicles of Narnia - C!.S!. Lewis made a book full of suspense and it was written a long time ago, a good classic!.

Percy Jackson and the Olympians - Rick Riordan has done such a job with this series that it as reached Russia and the U!.K and was on the top books for children 50 weeks straight!. Romance, action, with a little silliness!.

Pit Dragon Chronicles - Jane Yolen really did a great job on this series but it's very unheard of and has great original
theme!.

Erec Rex - Kaza Kingsley won countless awards and has been proven rival to Harry Potter, but very unheard of with a fresh new theme!.

REALISTIC

Hatchet - Gary Paulsen used some of his own experiences to write a miraculous tale!.

Holes/Small Steps - Louis Sachar really hit the roof with such a captivating story!. Bravo!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Try another , older wizard named Harry!

The Dresden Files By Jim Butcher are 7 books about a Harry Dresden, a wizard for hire that lives in Chicago!. He;s a smart aleck, a weary modern day hero who battles werewolves, zombies, vampires and those of the faerie realm!.

He sometimes helps out with the Chicago Police when they have an unexplainable (supernatural) case (sort of like x-files)!. There are some mild sexual situations, but overall Harry is a champion for women, children and the helpless in distress, and a loyal friend and man of his word!.

Funny, ferocious, feisty!. Its a little like Buffy meets CSI or Law & OrderWww@QuestionHome@Com

If you loved Twilight you HAVE to read The Mediator Series by Meg Cabot Its about a girl who has been able to see and speek to ghosts as long as she can remember and when she moves to california with her mom she finds there is a hott ghost haunting her bedroom and doesn't want to leave there really good its 6 booksWww@QuestionHome@Com

The Pendragon Series!. They're about this kid that goes around the universe trying to save it from this guy who's trying to destroy it!. There are seven books as of now, but there's going to be an eighth one soon, I think!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

First of all, yay for the Harry Potter books!. I'm glad you're working on them - I'm sure you'll love them!.

I think you might like these books:
The CHERUB series by Robert Muchamore (it's about spies)!.
The Alex Rider series by Anthony Horowitz (also about spy stuff)!.
His Dark Materials by Philip Pullman (they're about parallel universes, some wars and some magic)!.
The Sally Lockhart series by Philip Pullman (about a Victorian detective)!.
The Inheritance series by Christopher Paolini (about dragons, magic, etc!.)
A Series of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket (follows the story of three orphaned children as loads of terrible stuff happens to them and they're pursued by a greedy old man who's after the fortune they'll inherit)!.
The Sisterhood of Traveling Pants by Ann Brashares (about friends who share a pair of trousers)!.
Books by Harlan Coben and James Patterson aren't all in series but they're excellent crime novels (I don't think they're for young adults, though)!.
A rather sad autobiography is Chinese Cinderella by Adeline Yen Mah!.
For a bit more of a light-hearted story, try the Georgia Nicholson books by Louise Rennison (you might like them although I don't)!.
Another funny series is that of th Diamond Brothers (by Anthony Horowitz) - it's about detective stuff!.
The Princess Diaries by Meg Cabot aren't the best best books I've read but they're not particularly bad either (they're about a girl who, one day, finds out she's a princess)!.
Books by Eoin Colfer tend to be good and I know he has a series of books called Artemis Fowl and even though I haven't yet read them myself, they're probably amazing!.
Terry Pratchett's Johnny Maxwell books are pretty good!.
The Gatekeepers series by Anthony Horowitz is magnificent (it's about magic and evil)!.
Darren Shan's Demonatat series is just brilliant, as is his series The Darren Shan Saga!. Really!. I can't believe I left mentioning them to this late!.
Rick Riordan's Percy Jackson trilogy is a very exciting read!. They're about people who are the kids of Olympian Gods!.
Garth Nix's Keys to the Kingdom books are fantastic too!.

My laptop battery's getting flat now so I'll leave the list at this for now!. I hope you have fun with all the reading!. Be sure to email me if you find a really good book, I like hearing about that sort of stuff!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
