Hi,

I would recommend you read "Shogun" by James Clavell!. It's a some what mature book, but its got such a great feeling of excitement, it can't be beaten!. Its a very good adventure, that is interesting regardless of the time it was happening in!.

The book had a huge success in the 1970's, it was even made into a mini-series!. I read it when I was 17, and I found it more than alright to follow, so if you would like something stimulating for the mind, pick "Shogun"!.

Enjoy the read!.
