for the first one it is in eclipse on page 95 ch!.4

the second is in new moon on page 93 ch!.4Www@QuestionHome@Com

The first one was a note left to Bella possibly in the VERY beginning of New Moon while he was hunting, but i can't be sure!. My friend's grandma is borrowing the book!.

The second one is DEFINITLY from New Moon, immediately after the four pages labled 'October', 'November', 'December', and 'January'!.
