Question: I need book help!?

recently i have been thinking of making a book about humans in America and all around the world being born and having to have a small liquidize chip put into their brain that tracks and blows them up when ever they break just 1 law, i will explain the background and say why it happened and how it saves money on not needing jail, police, etc!. so i just want to know what u guys think and correct me if needed!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think there should be certain rules about the chip!. It can't blow you up no matter what, but maybe it causes intense pain that you can't be treated for!. also, maybe the chip only blows you up if you do something really bad (murder, rape, etc!.)!.
