Question: Jacob Black-not as bad as he seems!?
Now I admit, a time in my life I disliked Jacob Black!. But that is in my past now!. I am a full blown Jacob Black supporter and some of you may or may not know!. Just recently I came across Stephenie Meyer's short story from his point of view from twilight to new moon!. I must say it gives readers a wider understanding of what his position was!. I also believe that if you still hate jacob after reading it, you are just being ignorant!. Even stephenie meyer is surprised-
I noticed a disturbing trend various places on-line—people are ascribing the most nefarious motives to Jacob Black, insisting he has some kind of dark agenda!.
Some of this is due, in my opinion, to a heavy general bias in favor of vampires over werewolves!. But some of it must be my fault!. Apparently Jacob's intentions are not as clear to the reader as they are to me!.

OMG!!! I hate Jake's haters! I seriously LOVE Jake!.!. he's so sweet!!! I don't get how any of them could actually dislike him!.!. i mean, what's not to like!?
I love Edward more than Jake!.!. but that's because!.!. He's soo hot and a vampire!. But if they were both equally hot!.!. and Jake was a vamp rather than a werewolf, i'd so totally go for him!

liked Jacob, he's just so much more human and relatable!.
He kind of reminds me of Karik from the Gemma Doyle series!. Except Karik is kinda a combination of both Edward and Jacob!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
Yeh ive read it and i understand Jacob but that doesnt mean that i like him!. I dont like the way he pushed bella more and more to be with him!. I think if he sat back and relaxed she would come to him on her own!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I've never hated Jacob, but reading the short story did not make me like him any more!. I feel that I understood him pretty well before I read the short story and I know where he is coming from, but I do not want him to end up with Bella!. I know it was incredibly hard for him to watch Bella consistently choosing Edward, while knowing that she indeed have feelings for him, but he made a difficult choice even harder for her!. I do like Edward much better that Jacob and don't truly see Edward as a perfect being!. He made a bad decision to leave Bella, even though he thought it was for her own good and he could not help but fall in love with her!. He also can be very dark at times- he has hunted humans (yes, bad humans, but still) and he even wanted to kill himself!. That is not perfection to me!. He may be gorgeous, but that is not all perfection is about!. I would much rather Bella and Edward end up together!. Edward has made this point himself: Jacob could imprint at any time to someone other than Bella!. Where would Bella be then!? Jacob would not be able to control his feelings and Bella would no longer be the most important person to him!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
