Question: Can someone help me remember a book!?

I was in Target a few days ago when i saw a cool book with a girl that was pale, with blond hair, in a red dress, and a black background!. I saw a flash of the authors name and i thought it said Daniel/Danielle Walters, but the name didn't come up as an author!. The title had something to do with Dead Girl!. Something like that!.
